Thanks for another great video!
Im so grateful for you. Please keep helping.
🐦 🦜 ❤❤❤ Rhoda Great ideas 💡 ❤❤❤😮😮😮😊😊😊
Wow you look great in red - very pretty!
Don’t use plastic trash cans to store water. They are not food grade containers. The plastic releases chemicals into your water. Instead get 55 gallon plastic drums that are food grade. You can find them at co-ops, feed stores or look at your local sales on line. I got mine 15 years ago for 10 dollars each. I drain and refill every three years, yes I have filters.
Hi Rhoda, I live in Oak Island on the coast of North Carolina, seems like people are doing well here in this quaint coastal community, well a lot of people are moving here from up North 🏖️🏝️
I take Ambien to help me sleep, every once in a while.
WOW, cute blouse, my favorite on you. Your necklace matches well.
Rhoda your hair looks pretty love the color I to wore white lipstick o I'm not Brandon im Brandon's mom
Enjoying your channel with all the leftovers ideas and filling the pantry.
Boil the bones with saved vegetable scraps. Makes great broth on the cheap! I but it in my rice, plain instant potatoes, stews, soups ect...
First, red is definitely your color--you look great! Second, I am so grateful that you are awake to what is happening because most still are not. In my opinion, I believe seniors should gather themselves together in groups and move to rural and wooded areas to 1) produce large gardens, 2) to can bulk food, 3) to heat and cook with wood stoves, and 4) to share cars/trucks. Seniors are terribly vulnerable and they need to work together to protect and take care of each other and to prepare together in intentional groups. When "whatever" happens in the future, seniors will be the lowest on the totem poles and also the easiest to exploit or worse.
Your Mexican layer dish look yummy. Thank you for sharing and God bless.
Well, you and the dogs will not be happy when those cooked bones cause major surgery and/or death. Cooked bones, splinter and dogs should not eat them. If you want to give them bones, give them uncooked bones.
My friend lost her 18 month old weiner dog in January, after her husband gave her a cooked ham bone. She was dead in 18 hours with blood coming out of her rectum. Her name was Indy Loo. Short for Independence Loo. She was born on the 4th of July. She was so sweet.😢
@@margaretbauer3813 Oh i'm so sorry to hear that.
Thank god you don't work in a fast food place cause you can't quit touching your nose
on PBD pod cast, they said state farm and other insurance companies are leaving and complaining the cost to rebuild a home is up 40% from 5 years ago in CA. they are giving newsome an ultimatum.
People who listen to this right-wing podcast have been denying climate change forever. Now, they're faced with rising insurance rates that are caused by climate change. Ironic.
Hi Rhoda, where do you go to sell things? How do you sell?
I’m glad Australia is implementing this. We need to be more like them. Your meal looks delicious. Love 💕 and Hugs. 💙💙💙

Your meal is making me hungry…..

Hi Rhoda. You've mentioned going to culinary school. I went to a healthy eating culinary school in Manhattan about 17 years ago. That training made an enormous difference in my cooking. I would gladly show you some tips and tricks for free and it makes a big difference in the quality and time saving regarding cooking. Let me know if you are interested and I'll send you my email. Would be glad to help as you help so many others.
Connecticut here. Everyone seems to think people in Connecticut are rich. Not true. I'm here to tell you that there alot of middle and low income people here that are struggling. Heating ones home in the winter is a struggle financially. Thank you Rhoda for the hope you bring.
I’m from South Florida 😊
Miss Rhoda, you broke that thing down to the least common denominator! You are a great teacher of the bible; you are a straight shootist from the hip. God knows we need teachers. Thank you! God bless you.
Excellent video! I’m from Dallas, TX ❤🐦
Rhoda you might want to support that tomato plant.
Im in indiana, i go to 4 weekly and 2. Monthly pantrys. I eat the fresh stuff including frozen meat. And put all the canned and box stuff up for winter. I use my food stamps to buy what i cant get at pantrys regularly. Cooking oil, spices, sugar, flour. Ect. ( you get an abundance of bread and desserts, veggies, but not baking needs or diet restrictions items) Milk yougert is a regular thing in summer.i dont shop untill AFTER i go to pantry. I usualy dont have to spend more than 50 bucks a month over my food stamps unless i skip a pantrys. ( or its a holiday and its closed like july 4th)
I love Rhoda! One of my favorite channels ever.
I grew up in Chula Vista. I live in Garland, Texas now.. a suburb of Dallas. I love your channel ❤️
The plants look like they haven't been cared for; some look spindly, leggy and probably root bound. Many should have been re - potted long ago, especially the tomato plant. Often a stressed tomato plant will produce a couple of fruit as a last ditch measure of re- producing before it dies. Also, Neglected plants are much more vulnerable to insect infestation.

Big money saving tip: don't waste time, energy, water and money growing plants that don't produce. There seems to be alot of lip service to growing food on this channel, but we never see abundant yields. It's usually "something ate my plants." A serious San Diego East County gardener would learn container planting, planting in a cooler season, organic pest control and closely observing for harmful insects. Or maybe just growing micro greens and herbs in a sunny window.
Northern Virginia.
Drink all that tea Rhoda…your body needs it in the heat and you worked out…it’s 100 here today actually temp, ugh.

Rhoda put a stick in the tomato plant to perk it up
I thought the same. 🌿🥢🍅🥢🌿
They would love being in the tub or sink
I just don’t think people realize they don’t have to purchase lots of modern conveniences. Like the toothpaste. That’s a fairly new invention. We don’t HAVE to have it (although it can be really inexpensive). If you just don’t have an extra buck to buy a tube of toothpaste, use plain old baking soda on your toothbrush. It actually does a better job of cleaning teeth anyway. There are all kinds of things that us modern consumers believe we “have” to have, that in reality we don’t have to have, and most of our grandparents never used.
I also live in an urban area, and my garden always looks like yours. I have tried shade cloth, watering system, covering some plants with tulle. I get bumpkis.
I was told not enough bees to pollinate. After the clover died I did see bees visiting my container veggies more often. It’s improving!

Hi Rhoda! Watching you from northwest Illinois. Your poor garden😢 hopefully you can salvage it
Good tips thanks
